We seek an exceptional Project Manager to lead our Regional Logistics team to new heights, fostering operational excellence and driving meaningful impact on our logistics operating model.

WHAT IS EXPECTED?

This role requires direct reporting to the Regional Operations Excellence & PMO Director in Hong Kong. As a key member of the team, you will strive for operational excellence within the logistics network, leading project development and implementation across the APAC region in alignment with Richemont guidelines.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple related projects to ensure program alignment with Richemont strategic objectives
  • Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate change management workshops and ensure seamless communication of changes
  • Developing support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications, to ensure quality standards are met
  • Setting up proper organization and relationships with Central/Region/Markets to support post-go-live improvement and evolution of business processes and systems
  • Ensuring the proper use of the logistics operating model, including knowledge, documentation, execution, and standardization, within APAC region
  • Validating proposals for changes in the operating model specific to your region

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Excellence:

  • Contributing to identifying areas of improvement within APAC region and collaborating with counterparts from other regions and central teams to define and prioritize improvement initiatives
  • Providing support to regional and cross-functional projects by understanding the business model, validating potential impacts, and providing expertise on the operating model
  • Consolidating operation best practices in the region and applying relevant flows
  • Producing and elevating relevant standards for both Warehouse and Distribution, summarizing and continuously improving SOPs for key processes
  • Collaborating closely with the Group Logistics team to implement regional and local Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives based on the global strategy
  • Analyzing, identifying, and implementing actions to optimize transportation activities from CDC to RDC, from RDC to End Customer, supporting the logistics team in reducing global lead times and enhancing supply chain reactivity

YOUR JOURNEY WITH US:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in project management, logistics operations, and operational excellence. A Master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience in SAP implementation, particularly with GTS/EMW/MM, is highly valued.

Key qualifications include:

  • Solid experience in project management with a focus on execution and rigorous implementation
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale end-to-end FMCG/High-Tech E-commerce and Omni-Channel projects
  • Strong skills in process analysis, data gathering, and modeling, with Lean and 6 Sigma experience being a plus
  • Macro and detail-oriented problem-solving skills, with ability to translate collected data into KPIs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
