Key Responsibilities

As a Global Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for automating manual workflows and improving existing processes, particularly in pricing automation and business metrics. You will also design and develop workflow and automation tools to mark key pricing inputs, such as dividend, funding spread, and volatility.

In addition, you will perform systematic and quantitative analysis of risk and flow of the franchise, driving business decisions and the design of our platform. You will also design and optimize derivatives market taking and market making trading algorithms.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical and programming skills, with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Excellent academic record in a relevant quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science)
  • Strong analytical and programming skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial markets, preferably as a quantitative analyst
  • Previous experience in a sales and trading desk environment, and relevant work experience in derivatives
