Job Title: Chief Compliance Officer

PRYM is seeking a highly experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and third-party suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance-related activities, including testing and certification reports.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in compliance processes.
  • Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in buyer/garment factory or laboratory company.
  • Ability to read and understand government regulations.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability balanced with sound business judgment.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and database and compliance software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
