Job Description

As a Legal Affairs Officer at Lukfook Group, you will be responsible for drafting and amending agreements, contracts, tenders, and other legal documents under the direction of Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel. Your tasks will include conducting legal research, maintaining legal filing systems, and liaising with internal departments and external law firms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and amend agreements, contracts, tenders, and other legal documents
  • Conduct thorough legal research to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date legal filing systems
  • Liaise with internal departments and external law firms as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. You should also have a good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word-processing software.

  • University graduates with a background in law or a related field
  • At least 3 years of solid working experience in legal or a related field
  • Excellent drafting skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good command of multiple languages, including English, Chinese, and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word-processing software
