About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our luxury hotel portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive hotel development strategy, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring effective project execution.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our company's strategic priorities and positioning
  • Originate and unlock opportunities that align with Langham's business strategy
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS
Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the hotel management industry
  • A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESSFULLY EXECUTING PROJECTS
  • AN ESTABLISHED NETWORK OF CONTACTS WITHIN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive hotel development strategy
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective project execution
  • Maintaining a high level of visibility within the industry through regular attendance at key events

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
