Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of new products, product revamps, and sales campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on project schedules and timely delivery of required tasks and deliverables
  • Drive discussions or participate in focus groups to formulate product design, customer, and distribution supports
  • Conduct market intelligence, product comparison, and analysis to identify business opportunities and issues
  • Prepare and review product-related or campaign-related materials
  • Review user requirements and coordinate fulfillment for sales campaigns
  • Handle product inquiries from field forces
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in insurance product development, particularly in saving, annuity, and life protection products
  • Proactive, strong analytical mind with business acumen
  • Good project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Efficient MS application and Chinese input
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
