Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Sustainability Coordinator to join our team at The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work on environmental sustainability initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing ESG workshops, focusing on themes such as Sustainability, ESG Structure, and the Greater Bay Area;
  • Support marketing and publicity efforts, including designing promotional materials and social media promotions;
  • Act as liaison on behalf of the HKFYG Leadership Institute, engaging in activities like cold calling, partner/trainer liaison, and outreach to university departments;
  • Provide support for data management, including updates for applicants, parents, teachers, and trainers;
  • Handle routine administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the supervisor;
  • Research and prepare evaluation reports.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary education or above;
  • A strong background in Chinese Languages, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or environmental-related disciplines;
  • Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English skills, with a particular emphasis on written Chinese;
  • Experience in design, marketing, or digital marketing is a plus;
  • Detailed-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • An innovative and eager-to-try mindset is essential;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to youth development.
Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience), based on industry standards and location.
