Oversee the entire window display process, from initial concept development and budgeting to production, installation, and dismantling.

Be hands-on during installation and dismantling of window display projects, often working overnight to minimize disruption to store operations.

Develop and manage budgets for window display projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality or creativity.

Effectively communicate design concepts and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements & Capabilities

University degree in Art and design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Window Display Executive or a similar role, ideally within retail, art and creation environment.

A strong portfolio showcasing the understanding of creative and innovative window display designs.

A deep understanding of VM, techniques, and best practices.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and knowledge of production techniques.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for installations and dismantling.

A passion for retail, visual storytelling, and creating immersive customer experiences.

Sensitive to current artistic and cultural events, trends and happenings.
