**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer/Group Financial Controller to join our team at Worldwide Consulting Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with and share routine as well as ad hoc duties of the CFO, ensuring seamless financial operations and decision-making.
- Perform full functions of finance and accounting, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Determine and help achieve finance KPIs, corporate policies, and procedures, driving business growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement tools and systems to support the group's development, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirements**
- Qualified accountant in HK with at least 20 years' post-qualification experience, with a strong track record of financial leadership and management.
- Preferably audit experience with one of the Big 4/6 accountancy firms, with a deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Experience with property/securities investments and charitable foundations an advantage, with a strong network of contacts and relationships.
- High level of integrity, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong report writing skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Must have ability to communicate effectively in English and Cantonese, with a strong understanding of the local business culture and environment.
