About the Role

Ceva Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Account Manager. This key role will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts within the Luxury Fashion Vertical in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Extending Ceva Logistics' reach within the Asia Pacific region by identifying key account targets and developing strategies to capture market share.
  • Studying the Luxury Fashion market, including competitors, carriers, manufacturers, market trends, fluctuations, and changes.
  • Working with the Vertical Lead to develop and grow existing and targeted Luxury Fashion accounts in the ASPAC region.
  • Effectively interacting with our network to support overall Luxury Fashion development and working with local sales teams to achieve targeted growth for each entity.
  • Acting as an internal consultant and sharing knowledge about the vertical.
  • Sending sales leads to the network to increase Ceva Logistics' presence in ASPAC.
  • Establishing a referencing strategy for regional or international accounts.
  • Developing relationships with prospective key accounts to promote Ceva Logistics and obtain opportunities to participate in future tenders.
  • Representing Ceva Logistics to lead and participate in tender processes (RFP/RFI/RFQ) for Luxury Fashion accounts.
  • Promoting Ceva Logistics services and key Asia stations and regions.
  • Implementing new business strategies to gather sales leads and expand the Luxury Fashion customer base.

Service Support

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Determining a tariff policy in conjunction with Middle Office and Regional Sales Management.
  • Participating in negotiations with suppliers.
  • Monitoring customer account profitability and problems linked to receipts with site managers.
  • Transferring obtained contracts to Operations team to provide high-quality service to customers.
  • Supporting services or operation sites through advising on relevant SOPs.

Synthesis of Information

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Consolidating statistical elements from various operations for reporting purposes.
  • Reporting sales actions undertaken to further develop key customer accounts.
  • Updating CRM with weekly activities and monthly reports for key accounts.

Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree and above.
  • At least 10 years' experience in a fast-paced and dynamic MNC environment.
  • Prior experience in the logistics/warehousing industry.
  • Prior experience in key account management (preferably in the ASPAC region).
  • Exceptional business development, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Cantonese dialect.

Desirable

The successful candidate will also have:

  • Prior experience in the Fashion vertical.
  • Strong network/contacts of Fashion decision makers in Asia Pacific.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good sales and analytical skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Self-starter.
  • Highly adaptable.
