Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Logistics Strategy to lead our Asia Pacific region, driving innovation and excellence in supply chain management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to optimize logistics operations, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement logistics strategies to support business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and propose improvements to control costs, enhance customer satisfaction, and deliver logistics solutions.
  • Vendor Management: Lead vendor negotiations, standardize processes, and facilitate organizational change and training programs to maintain or improve customer satisfaction levels while reducing costs.
  • Financial Management: Ensure budget adherence to strategic plans, develop key metrics around project success, operations success, and business success.
  • People Leadership: Provide leadership and support to direct team members by developing and empowering them, mapping out forward-thinking career development plans, and implementing policies and procedures that improve recruiting, development, and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of work experience, ideally in the toy and entertainment industry, with experience in delivering effective strategies, people management, account management, and relationship building.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent command of English skills, proficiency with PC operations, including use of SAP and MS office suite.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
