Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate as a member of the General Accounts Operations Division.
  • Address and verify responses to inquiries from governmental bodies and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct PEP/Terrorist name evaluations.
  • Oversee and validate the daily functions related to the Common Reporting Standard (CRS), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), and Audit Confirmation processes.
  • Actively engage in various ad-hoc initiatives for the department and the bank as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of Form 5 education or equivalent, with at least 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or higher in HKCEE, including English, Chinese, and Mathematics; or a relevant professional certification.
  • Ideally possess 5 years of experience within the banking industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of retail banking and branch operations.
  • A collaborative team member with effective communication abilities and a strong sense of risk management.
  • Self-sufficient, motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with Putonghua proficiency being a plus.

(Candidates with less experience may be considered for the roles of Senior Compliance Support Officer or Compliance Support Officer.)
