Job Title: Learning & Development Officer

Join China Mobile International Limited as a Learning & Development Officer and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, implement, and administer learning and development projects, as well as employee relations initiatives.
  • Source, coordinate, and monitor external consultants and service providers to ensure high-quality logistics and arrangements for employee relations projects.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to organize company-wide events and activities, including corporate culture events, CSR initiatives, and company celebrations.
  • Coordinate and deliver employee relations and engagement programs in a professional manner.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to employee relations projects, including employee activity enrollment, venue sourcing, schedule arrangement, evaluation, and more.
  • Assist in implementing employee relations policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in hosting large events is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, project management, and analytical skills, with a passion for people development and engagement.
  • People-oriented, customer-focused, proactive, energetic, self-motivated, and with good business acumen.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with a good command of both spoken and written languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as graphic design and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Learning & Development Officer role.
