About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Assistant to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing security duties, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying potential risk issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform security duties, including regular patrols, access control, visitor registration, and incident handling.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.
- Identify potential risk issues and respond to accidents and emergencies.
- Protect company assets from theft, fire, and other risks.
Requirements
- Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP) and Certificate in Basic Security Training under QASRS (QAS).
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese.
- Minimum 1-year relevant work experience in security, customer service, or facilities management.
- Good command of spoken English.
