Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exchange Trading Platform quality assurance & implementation engineer to join our Derivatives Trading business unit. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with Business SMEs and IT professionals to create a world-class, robust, scalable, and innovative Derivatives Trading platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive impact analysis on functional and operational change, preparing necessary documentation to engage relevant stakeholders in the overall change management process.
  • Analyze technical and operational system requirements, create and review necessary documentations, including test plans, test conditions, and test cases for the overall system acceptance.
  • Execute and verify the results of all testing cycles under tight schedules.
  • Participate in the investigation process for all issues identified.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional testing teams to verify the end-to-end system operational and technical readiness, assisting in the investigation and resolution of any conflicts identified.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams and users, to achieve project and operation success.
  • Undertake assignments and projects as delegated by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Background in financial services or highly regulated organizations with exposures on platform development or transformation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of trading platforms, market practices, and/or derivatives is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of system development or client support experience in Trading Platform.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate system language into business terminology effectively in English and Chinese (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
