Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance PUMA HK's customer engagement and retention.
  • Optimize product listings across multiple online marketplaces, ensuring seamless integration with internal processes and vendor relationships.
  • Analyze marketplace metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations, including IT, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Services.

Business Development:

  • Work closely with the Head of Retail to create and execute short-term and long-term e-commerce business development strategies.
  • Drive sustainable growth by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring successful execution of sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify new marketplace opportunities and platforms for expansion, focusing on the e-commerce sector.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Partner with management to develop marketplace P&L budgets and projections, supporting contract term negotiations with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Monitor monthly rolling forecasts versus actuals, evaluating campaign impact and ensuring sales targets are met.

Reporting & Insights :

  • Compile weekly and monthly e-commerce performance reports, providing actionable insights and future plans.
  • Support other financial reports as required.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with a strong analytical mindset and ability to handle complex spreadsheets.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on quality control and execution efficiency.
  • Able to work under pressure independently and be flexible with working hours.
  • A good team player.
