About the Job
We're seeking a skilled Digital Strategy Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving digital transformation and go-to-market strategies for our clients and portfolio companies. You'll identify business challenges, define requirements, and design innovative solutions to unlock growth.
Key Responsibilities
- IDentify client or portfolio company challenges, define business requirements, and design innovative, tech-driven solutions to unlock growth.
- Develop and support digital transformation and digital marketing roadmaps—balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.
- Deliver clear, concise, and compelling strategic recommendations, backed by robust analysis and best practices.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, translating complex innovations into actionable business use cases.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes for clients and ventures.
- Build and maintain high-quality, reusable consulting assets and frameworks.
- Contribute to pre-sales and business development efforts, including proposals and presentations.
- Act as an ambassador—sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and seeking continuous personal growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university is required; a master's degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) is a strong plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in strategy consulting or a digital agency is preferred—but motivated fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Exposure to Salesforce tools (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud) is an advantage.
- Passion for digital innovation, startup growth, and frontier technologies like AI, blockchain, and Web3.
- Highly analytical, adaptable, and intellectually curious.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to distil complex ideas for diverse stakeholders.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently.
- Fluent/native in English; fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, high-performance environments.
