Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum uptime for multiple production systems, providing L1/L2 application production support to users, and managing incidents and requests raised to the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure maximum uptime for multiple production systems
- Provide L1/L2 application production support to users
- Manage incidents and requests raised to the team
- Monitor and follow up critical system alerts

Requirements
- Strong sense of self-discipline, responsibility, and integrity
- 3-5 years of experience in application support with fintech background
- Strong team player with ability to proactively manage self and team's work with little supervision
- Experience in applications on Linux environment and cloud computing

Preferred Technical Skills
- Good understanding of ITIL V3/4 framework
- Understanding of AWS/Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Redis and log queries
- Experience administering multiple monitoring systems
