Role Overview

The successful candidate will lead daily finance operations, track business performance, and provide financial analysis to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Financial Controller in supervising day-to-day accounting operations and group month-end closing process.
  2. Develop and implement financial and non-financial performance tracking systems.
  3. Conduct evaluations of initiatives, business plans, and post-review processes.
  4. Collaborate with operation teams to establish daily sales and cash transactions tracking systems.
  5. Responsible for statutory audit and tax filing processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
  • CPA or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience with exposure in leading CPA firms and/or multi-national groups.
  • Experience in medical industry with strong business acumen and understanding.
