Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management professional to lead our Third Party Risk Management initiatives in Asia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of TPRM programs and activities throughout the TPRM Life Cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement TPRM policies and operating guidelines across the Asia region.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement and manage TPRM programs and activities.
  • Act as Asia representative and liaison with Corporate teams on TPRM initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and develop approaches to meet Corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Interface with second-line risk functions and subject matter experts on risk and policy compliance aspects of TPRM.
  • Oversee trouble-shooting and root-cause analysis of TPRM-related issues.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on TPRM program status.
  • Engage business colleagues and stakeholders to ensure an adequate third-party risk culture is embedded across the business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of experience in third-party risk management and control functions in procurement in financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of TPRM principles and factors that contribute to third-party risk.
  • Proven track record of implementing effective TPRM programs, controls, and processes.
  • Project and change management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of developing strong working relationships with cross-functional business areas.
