We are in search of a Senior Architect to enhance our R&D division. This pivotal role is essential for advancing our product development, crafting scalable solutions, and maintaining the highest standards of performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in architectural design, a profound understanding of communication technologies, and a strong enthusiasm for innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify product challenges and spearhead architectural enhancements and implementations.

2. Enhance service performance within a cloud-native architecture, with a focus on middleware, databases, and application systems.

3. Design and architect large-scale distributed systems, including:

  • Databases capable of managing billions of messages
  • Systems that guarantee low latency message delivery (e.g., messages per second)

4. Create an enterprise service performance optimization framework utilizing cloud technologies.

5. Engage in technical operations and drive product iterations.

Qualifications

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related discipline with over 8 years of software development experience.

2. Proficient in MySQL and MongoDB.

3. Familiarity with other relational databases such as DM and PG, as well as NoSQL databases like Redis; capable of selecting the appropriate database for various scenarios.

4. Expertise in utilizing performance analysis and debugging tools to efficiently identify and analyze application service performance bottlenecks.

5. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Go; solid grasp of computer theory and experience in virtual machine tuning.

6. Knowledgeable about middleware technologies such as Redis, MySQL, ZooKeeper, Kafka, ELK, etc.

7. Experienced in various design patterns and leading the development of large-scale distributed backend services, including strategies for current limiting, disaster recovery, and service downgrading.

8. Practical experience and optimization skills in microservice architecture within extensive cloud environments.

9. Familiarity with Linux, containers, and Kubernetes.

10. Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP and HTTP.

11. Preferably possesses experience with Instant Messaging (IM) systems, encompassing design, development, and maintenance.
