The Job Description- As our Senior Project Officer, you will oversee and manage assigned watch projects from initial planning through to completion, collaborating closely with the Design team to develop and refine product designs.
- You will communicate and coordinate with clients to ensure project management details align with client expectations, negotiate and liaise with suppliers regarding the structure and feasibility of watch products, and ensure that project schedules are maintained and deadlines are met.
- In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and monitoring the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. You will also work closely with the Sales team to develop and refine sales strategies.
Requirements: 5+ years of work experience in watch trading/manufacturing/sourcing offices; project management exposure is a significant advantage. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented individuals who can work independently and as part of a team are encouraged to apply.
