The Global Financial Markets (GFM) group at DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Associate to provide operational support to the GFM business. As a key member of the team, you will assist in resolving issues, improving end-to-end processes, and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide operational support for all GFM business/products, including FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Structured Deposits.
• Work closely with Regional Processing Center and GFM Business Units to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Construct high-valued SWIFT Messages for settlements and liaise with customers on trade confirmations and payment instructions.
• Prepare and compile regulatory reports and participate in system enhancement projects, product launches, and data projects.
Requirements
• University graduate with more than 2 years of relevant working experience in Treasury & Markets operations or finance background with regulatory reporting experience.
• Knowledge of treasury products, SWIFT Messages, and relevant standards and market practices.
• Familiarity with PC applications, technology, and a data-driven mindset.
• Quick learner, flexible, and able to manage tasks under pressure with strong self-motivation and customer orientation.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
