Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Client Development and Experience to join our team at Cartier. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in client relations and development to drive business growth and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Development and Engagement
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and client loyalty across all client segments.
    • Identify and foster partnerships for client acquisition and retention.
    • Collaborate with boutique management to develop and implement client action plans and outreach programs.
    • Manage and analyze client data to inform business decisions and optimize client experiences.
  • Client Experience
    • Design and deliver exceptional client experiences across all touchpoints, including in-boutique and external events.
    • Develop and implement personalized client journeys across all client tiers.
    • Coordinate guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs for client events.
    • Manage gifting programs, including selection, ordering, inventory management, and distribution.
    • Curate experience menus for boutiques to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Tools and Transformation
    • Support the adoption of MyClient, a client data management tool, to enhance client data capture and accuracy.
    • Provide qualitative insights to Client Data teams to inform business decisions and drive clienteling activities.
  • Internal Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Ensure effective internal communications across the network and throughout the market.
    • Collaborate with market leadership and boutique management to develop new programs and initiatives.
    • Drive clienteling knowledge through training and development programs.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 8+ years of experience in client development and client relations management, preferably in the luxury industry.
    • Client-first mindset and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
    • Firm understanding of retail trends and competition monitoring.
    • Ability to translate client insights into actionable strategies.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills to work across the organization.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to organize, set priorities, and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
