Operational Procedure Manager

KOS International seeks a detail-oriented Procedures Specialist/Manager to join our Operations Team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in MPF/ORSO operations, compliance, or related roles, with a strong understanding of MPF and ORSO regulations and guidelines.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and updating operational procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, collaborating with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, conducting gap analyses, and monitoring regulatory updates.

We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and effective communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with familiarity with operational risk management and internal control frameworks.

Professional certifications related to MPF or ORSO are highly advantageous.

About the Role:

• Draft, review, and update operational procedures to ensure compliance with MPF and ORSO regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, compliance, and risk teams, to streamline processes and ensure alignment with company policies.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements to existing procedures to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure procedures remain current and in line with legal requirements.
• Assist in providing training and support to team members on newly implemented procedures.
• Act as the point of contact for procedural audits and reviews.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in MPF/ORSO operations, compliance, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of MPF and ORSO regulations and guidelines.
• Proven experience in drafting and maintaining operational procedures.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree.
• Familiarity with operational risk management and internal control frameworks.
• Experience working in a trustee, financial institution, or related environment.
• Professional certifications related to MPF or ORSO are highly advantageous.
