• 20-25+ years of HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in large matrix organizations.
• Previous experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing HR functions for local listed companies with a global presence.
• Strong international experience, with a background beyond Hong Kong.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
