Senior Accounting Professional

JPC TEXSON LTD is a well-established Japanese company with over 50 years of history. Our trading office in Hong Kong serves as the hub for our Asia market operations, while our mother company is a Japan-listed manufacturer of power supply with factories in Japan.

• This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager and forms part of a dynamic Accounting team of 2-3 members.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for performing full set accounts and bookkeeping tasks.
• Maintenance of daily AR & AP activities, preparation of vouchers, data input into accounting systems, validation, and filing are essential duties.
• A key responsibility includes ensuring all incoming cash and checks are promptly deposited into bank accounts.
• Bank reconciliation and support for staff members on expenses claims, verification, and execution are also critical aspects of this role.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines is required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or auditing roles within any business sector.
• Previous experience in trading or manufacturing companies is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Familiarity with ERP environments is an added advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese languages is necessary.
