**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Planning Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis.

**Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Month-End Closing and Year-End Audit: Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of financial statements. Additionally, oversee the year-end audit and tax filing process.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting and Financial Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall financial health.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 3-6 Years of Accounting Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a similar role. A background in audit is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Accounting or Related Degree: An accounting or related degree from a recognized institution is preferred.
  • Financial Services Background: Previous experience in financial services, asset management, or private equities is highly desirable.
