We are looking for an experienced Cryptocurrency Exchange Trading Infrastructure Architect to design and develop a cutting-edge crypto trading system. This system serves both retail and institutional clients and supports daily trading volumes of over ten billion USD.
Main Tasks- Design and implement a robust, scalable trading infrastructure for various regulated markets.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to meet regulatory needs and ensure compliance.
- Conduct competitor research, customer research, and industry research to identify innovations that keep our trading system leading the industry.
- Develop a sophisticated data monitoring system to gain comprehensive situational awareness of our trading system and industry trends.
- Establish a short and medium-term product iteration plan and roadmap based on product life cycle characteristics, competition environment, and resource structure.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in building complex backend systems in crypto or Traditional Finance.
- Rigorous logical thinking, excellent teamwork, and communication skills.
- Strong interest in trading, blockchain, and the financial industry.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
