JPC Corporation seeks an experienced Controller to lead its accounting teams in Hong Kong and Dongguan, China. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all accounting operations, financial reporting, ERP implementation, and providing strategic planning updates to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full set of accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, general ledger (GL) management, and account reconciliation.
- Lead accounting teams in the Hong Kong office (3 members) and the China factory in Dongguan (10 members).
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing processes.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reporting packages and schedules.
- Monitor cash flow and perform cash flow management to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Review tax computation and return for tax filing to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- 3+ years senior level in accounting role in manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel. Experience in ERP implementation is required.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
