Responsibilities:
- SOURCE HIGH-QUALITY CANDIDATES THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS
- NEGOTIATE RATES WITH SELECTED CANDIDATES ACCORDING TO PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
- MANAGE THE QUALIFICATION PROCESS BY SENDING TESTS TO CANDIDATES AND COMMUNICATING RESULTS AS APPLICABLE

Requirements:
