Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the University’s image and reputation. The responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating significant, high-profile ceremonies, events, banquets, and stakeholder engagement initiatives, including but not limited to the University’s Honorary Fellowship Presentation Ceremony, Honorary Doctorate Conferment Ceremony, Congregation, and Flag-raising ceremonies.
  • Developing and implementing both digital and traditional marketing strategies and projects, such as corporate videos, promotional materials, and managing social media channels, to elevate the University’s visibility and articulate its distinctive brand identity.
  • Facilitating stakeholder and community engagement through various events and activities.
  • Generating and curating compelling narratives that resonate within the University community.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • A recognized degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 10 years of substantial experience and a proven track record in corporate communications, public affairs, marketing, and event management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua considered an advantage.
  • Capability to manage projects independently and adhere to tight deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits
