We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant / Deputy Manager to join our Strategic Planning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing TAT network efficiency & vessel deployment strategy in conjunction with commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To review and optimize TAT network efficiency & vessel deployment strategy in conjunction with commercial requirements
  • To resolve commercial/traffic's concerns from network perspective
  • To conduct market research and analysis projects to assist the strategic planning for the trade; provide analytical works to support day-to-day commercial decisions
  • To prepare KPI reports on performance evaluation and analysis; yield assessment for various market segments
  • To monitor cost and risk exposure
  • To prepare marketing/PR promotion
  • To support Strategic Planning on reporting and perform other ad hoc task and project as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business/Logistics and related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in Container Liner Shipping Company
  • Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently and team-oriented
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus
  • Competency in Windows applications
