About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Agency Strategy Consultant to join our team at AIA International Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in formulating and operationalizing agency business strategy to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of Agency's strategic initiatives, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and manage agency channel strategy in line with corporate objectives, ensuring alignment and synergy.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to connect analysis findings, driving business outcomes.
  • Design and implement robust processes to maximize outcomes through effective delivery and implementation of initiatives.
  • Provide full-ranged business support, including training, proposition, technology, digital, and analytics tools, to uplift and transform agency business.
  • Manage specific strategy projects, developing, planning, and operationalizing strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external parties.
  • Support annual strategic planning activities, tracking performance, and analytics for the agency.
  • Conduct internal, market, and competitor analytics to support agency strategy and specific initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in strategy, consulting, or other professional services roles, preferably in the insurance and/or financial services industry.
  • Strong self-drive and ownership, with a can-do mindset and comfort with stepping out of your comfort zone to solve problems.
  • Ability to apply structured problem-solving and conduct quantitative analysis to support data-driven management.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong English written and verbal communications, as well as English/Chinese verbal communications.
