Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced customer service team and contribute to delivering world-class support to our customers.
You will work closely with our experienced and professional CS team to receive in-depth training and close mentorship support.
As a key member of our team, you will handle and resolve customer queries through digital channels, liaise and collaborate with other business units, and provide daily support to the supervisor.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin languages.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in a customer service role.
