About the Role

We're looking for an experienced professional who is accountable, detail-oriented, and ideally has at least 1 year of experience in the banking or financial sector. As part of this position, you will assist the credit team with credit monitoring and documentation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Post-Drawdown Monitoring: Conduct ongoing monitoring of clients' credit positions post-drawdown to ensure timely repayment and minimize risk.
  • Companies Registry Checks: Regularly review and verify information from the companies registry to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Watermark Monitoring: Implement and manage watermark monitoring processes to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Document Verification: Review and verify clients' documents to ensure strict compliance with credit approval terms.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on credit monitoring activities and findings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and risk management teams to improve credit positions.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in finance, accounting, or other business-related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in bank corporate or financial industry, preferably in monitoring, administration, and documentation.
  • Proficient in using Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, and filtering.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with Putonghua speaking required.
  • Open to travel as needed.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
