About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Consultant to join our team at AIA.

As a key member of our Integrated Healthcare Strategy team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality proposal materials that showcase our expertise and capabilities. This includes developing data-driven insights into BCUC customers' behaviors, providers' behaviors, and claims trends to enhance customer experience and increase medical panel network usage.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research, collect intelligence, and perform analysis in areas such as product preferences, market practices, and health trends to inform business development strategies.
  • Prepare forecasts and recommendations based on market research and data analytics to drive business growth.
  • Develop actionable insights on BCUC customers' behaviors, providers' behaviors, and claims trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that enhance the positioning and offering of BCUC's provision to increase the number of claims and visits to both medical panel network and Blue Care clinics.
  • Assist in documenting and monitoring project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes for AIA's Integrated Healthcare Strategy.
  • Prepare high-quality proposal materials to support business development efforts.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or other professional services roles, preferably in the insurance and/or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply structured problem-solving techniques and conduct quantitative analysis to support data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong English written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in digital marketing tools and methods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-drive and ownership.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
