Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Solutions Consultant to join our esteemed team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's strategic direction by leveraging your expertise in business analysis, system development, and technology implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration to understand evolving business needs.
  • Participate in project implementation across various stages of the system development life cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to uncover valuable insights, empowering informed decision-making and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Interact with business users, gather requirements, and facilitate the translation of these needs into technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Hold relevant technical certifications, such as Prince2, PMP, SCRUM, Agile, or equivalents.
  • Bring at least 7 years of experience in IT, with a focus on banking/finance and/or accounting industries, including exposure to application development, e-commerce platforms, and business intelligence.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with software development life cycles, adopting best practices and methodologies like SDLC, Agile, and SCRUM.
  • Showcase practical experience in implementing and supporting application systems within the banking and finance sector.
  • Be proficient in utilizing tools like Oracle Fusion Middleware, Crystal Reports, SQL programming, VBscript, PowerShell, and Excel.
  • Display working experience with RDBS systems, including MySQL, SQL, and Oracle.
  • Highlight experience with BI tools, such as Tableau, Qlik, and Data Mining/Warehousing.
  • Exhibit working experience with systems development in Wintel and A|X/UNIX/LINUX environments.
  • Prove a solid understanding of IT architecture, integration, and design.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Evidently possess an entrepreneur mindset and results-driven approach, with an emphasis on 'thinking outside the box.'
  • Hold a strong command of English and Chinese (with Putonghua being an advantage).

Salary Range: The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000, based on industry standards and regional market rates.
