We are seeking a Support Services Manager to join our team at Standard Chartered Life and Careers. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to the Head of Coverage CIB, ensuring the seamless operation of the office and delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and preparing reports to support the Business Head in their decision-making process.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Head, including coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of meetings, appointments, and deadlines
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents to support business decisions
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a banking or financial services organization
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
