Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Drama teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Drama to secondary students, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Drama to secondary students, using a range of teaching methods and resources to engage and motivate learners.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with special educational needs.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programmes.

Requirements

  • Relevant teaching qualification and experience in teaching Drama to secondary students.
  • Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
