Job Title: Manager / Senior Consultant (Oracle Fusion focus)

KPMG China is a leading professional services firm that provides a wide range of services, including audit, tax, and advisory. We are seeking a highly skilled Manager / Senior Consultant (Oracle Fusion focus) to join our Technology Consulting team.

About the Role

As a Manager / Senior Consultant (Oracle Fusion focus), you will work alongside other team members on a variety of digital, technology, and digital transformation topics. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing requirements analysis, application design, and developing technical design documents
  • Experiencing with solutions using the requirements to drive the design
  • Reviewing test cases, process change requests, and leading a project's scope, review acceptance, and deployment
  • Explaining the business requirement to other functional and technical members in the project
  • Performing CRP workshops
  • Performing configuration, release, and change management tasks
  • Participating in and conducting peer reviews as needed
  • Providing expert knowledge inputs to responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and delivery of Proof of Concepts (POCs)
  • Coordinating user acceptance testing and leading the solution release/deployment to production
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree and approximately 6 years of related work experience
  • 5 years of industry experience implementing ERP solutions
  • 3 years of experience implementing Oracle fusion cloud applications - ERP Financials / HCM modules
  • Multiple full cycle implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS Applications implementation experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
  • Ability to work with regional & global delivery team
