Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the team with client account management and project coordination, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate communication with clients, including meetings and reviews, to maintain strong relationships and meet client service level agreements.
  • Support the new business process by providing research and coordination, helping to identify new opportunities and grow our client base.
  • Assist with the coordination of press tours, events, and review programs, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, identifying opportunities for our clients and positioning them within the news agenda.
  • Research and create compelling content, including press releases, media alerts, and social media posts, to support our clients' communications goals.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, tracking progress and providing insights to the team and clients.
About You
  • You have a degree in communications, marketing, or a related field, and ideally have experience working in a PR, marketing, or digital communications environment.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences and formats.
