A highly rewarding opportunity for a seasoned Relationship Manager to excel in our Private Banking team at China CITIC Bank International Limited.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our Private Banking division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth individual customers, providing them with expert wealth management advice and guidance to meet their financial goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition and Retention: Proactively identify and develop business opportunities with existing and new clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Foster deep understanding of clients' needs, objectives, and risk tolerance, providing tailored investment solutions to meet their requirements.
- Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services to clients, enhancing revenue growth and improving client satisfaction.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering policies, and internal controls, minimizing risks associated with client relationships.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in private banking or retail banking, with a proven track record of success in relationship management and sales.
- Qualifications: Degree holder or equivalent, with relevant professional certifications (e.g., SFC qualifications) preferred.
- Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua); knowledge of wealth management products and services.
