About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our company's products to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities and technological advancements in the medical industry.
  • Promote and sell our products to doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
  • Organize and execute sales presentations to medical groups and healthcare facilities.
  • Develop product listing plans and work with key stakeholders to enlist our products in hospitals.
  • Convey complex medical information to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and ensure they have the latest information on our products.
  • Attend company meetings, product launches, and presentations.
  • Stay informed about the activities of healthcare professionals and institutions in your area.
  • Monitor competitor activity and competitors' products.
  • Develop product strategies to increase our market share in your territory.
  • Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and create reports for submission to our management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical data and research, and discuss these findings with healthcare professionals during presentations.
  • Work with team members to plan, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in selling Ophthalmology, dermatology, or Oncology products is highly desirable.
  • Experience in handling hospital inclusion processes, including liaising with Therapeutics Committees.
  • Strong science background with an emphasis on understanding and communicating technical product details.
  • Strong salesmanship with a good track record in sales performance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills to engage various specialties relevant to our organization.
  • Deep understanding of the medical industry, market trends, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret market data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
