The Senior Commercial Credit Risk Analyst will be responsible for analyzing commercial loan customers and real estate projects for financial risks. The incumbent will review balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to ensure accurate credit risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze industry and market risks to prepare comprehensive credit memorandums and financial spreadsheets.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers to provide timely and accurate credit analysis support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients with revenues of $2.5 to $100 million and/or real estate transactions from $1 to $15 million in credit exposure.
  • Travel to customer and various WSFS locations as needed to conduct site visits and gather information.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven knowledge of commercial loan underwriting and analysis, including the review and interpretation of client financial statements and tax returns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to review and understand data in both personal and business bureaus.
  • Previous credit experience is preferred.
  • Strong PC spreadsheet skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.

WSFS Bank offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. WSFS Bank is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
