AIA International Limited is seeking a highly experienced professional to play a pivotal role in shaping our Integrated Healthcare Strategy (IHS) program. As the Head of Healthcare Strategy and Operations, you will be responsible for developing healthcare business strategies, driving growth initiatives, and achieving claims savings targets through effective management of cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Support the development of strategic plans and initiatives for IHS by analyzing AIA HK's book of business, claims data, and internal operations, as well as conducting relevant market research and competitive analysis.
- Business Management and Performance Monitoring: Track performance against IHS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular reviews with KPI owners to evaluate progress and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Senior Management Updates: Prepare strategic updates and reports for senior management, ensuring clarity on initiatives and outcomes.
- Project Management: Lead strategic business initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with overall goals of IHS.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various functions within AIA, including marketing, agency, products, technology, finance, and operations, to align strategies and drive execution of key initiatives that further the IHS agenda.
- Governance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure effective oversight and accountability for the IHS program.
- Education: Undergraduate and Master's degree in Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or similar discipline.
- Experience: 5-9 years of experience in business, including several years in a top management consultancy firm.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance and/or healthcare industries preferred.
- Skills: Proven track record of high-quality project and program execution involving multiple cross-functional teams, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to structure clear communications for senior executive audiences.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
