Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in implementing operational best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry.
  • Ability to navigate complex operational challenges and drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
