Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our building facilities systems and equipment. As a Maintenance Support Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring maintenance contractors' performance and addressing any safety and quality concerns that arise.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Specializing in disciplines such as Environmental Control System, LV Electrical Services, Fire Services, Plumbing & Drainage System, Architectural & Builder Work Finishes, and Building Control System, you will provide technical support to building facilities systems/equipment.
  2. You will analyze system and equipment performance, conduct technical investigations, and recommend system performance improvement actions to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  3. As part of your duties, you will also coordinate outsourcing activities and facilitate the development of management and technical documents to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant engineering discipline or Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate in a relevant engineering discipline with relevant working experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
