Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Exams Operations Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of exams in a small or remote exams office location.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Undertake planning and delivery functions in preparation for Test Days, following BC processes.
  2. Receive instructions and requests from cluster operations 5 days before Test Day and plan resources accordingly.
  3. Monitor performance dashboards to identify issues and deploy engagement plans for Venue Staff.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • English C1 (Aptis, IELTS 6.5 or equivalent) language proficiency.
