Key Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and enhance internal risk management policies and procedures, perform risk evaluations for innovative business initiatives, and advocate for the standardization and proceduralization of risk management across the organization.

2. Acquaint oneself with global regulatory standards related to risk management policies, conduct timely risk evaluations for daily product operations, and establish comprehensive transaction monitoring protocols.

3. Detect and analyze unusual behaviors from identity and transaction perspectives (including gambling, fraud, pyramid schemes, and money laundering). Utilize proprietary analytical tools to comprehend criminal methodologies, trace the origins and destinations of funds. Conduct thorough analyses of unusual user identities, transaction patterns, and behavioral traits, quantitatively assess indicators, implement risk identification and management strategies, and effectively mitigate risk concentration within the system.

4. Engage in the assessment and enhancement of risk monitoring models, update and refine risk management systems, and validate requirements.

Be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of related systems, research and development of monitoring standards, and regular evaluation and upkeep.

Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

What We Seek:

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Law, Finance, Audit, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines. Excellent English writing and communication skills are preferred. Candidates with international study, living, or work experience are favored.

2. A minimum of three years of experience in risk management, ideally within financial institutions such as insurance, banking, funds, securities, credit card companies, consulting firms, or financial technology firms. Holding a CAMS certification is a plus.

3. Strong analytical thinking, data sensitivity, and proficiency in at least one data analysis tool such as MySQL, R, Python, or SAS are preferred.

4. Possess project management capabilities, analytical planning, and report writing skills. Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication, cross-team coordination, planning and organization, analytical judgment, and accountability. Ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively, applying data methods and risk management technologies to optimize risk challenges.

Exhibit a strong willingness and ability to learn swiftly and master required job skills.

5. Display good professional ethics and conduct with no adverse records. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, team spirit, and a diligent, meticulous work ethic, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and motivation.
